• add ssh key to keychain (in .bash_profile / .zprofile) :
  eval `keychain --eval --agents ssh <path/to/private/key>`
• replace string in file :
  sed -i 's/<string_to_replace>/<new_string>/g' <filename>
• change file/folder ownership :
  chown <-R for recursive> <username> <path-to-file-or-folder>
• change file/folder permissions :
  chmod <-R for recursive> <permission number> <path-to-file-or-folder>
• make file executable :
  chmod +x <path-to-file>
